Supported
A displayed variation that includes more support. Choosing it is part of the workout, not a failure to do the real version.
A familiar core workout
Core Eight is a core workout built around eight familiar movements. You choose the time, sets, and version before the clock starts, so the plan can be clear without being rigid.
What Core Eight is
The eight movements are the recognizable beginning. They return in the same order so you do not have to learn a completely new route each time you want to move.
Familiar does not mean identical. You can select a different work interval, number of sets, or movement version. The structure stays legible while the amount of work and support can meet a different day.
This is a product structure, not an individual exercise prescription. Core Eight cannot assess your history, symptoms, technique, or readiness.
From open to finished
The interface gives orientation its own time. Reading the plan and arranging your space do not have to happen inside a work interval.
Review the eight movements and the complete plan before pressing Start.
Select your work interval and number of sets, with the resulting workout length shown before you begin.
Use Supported, Standard, or Stronger as three deliberate options, not a ranking of who is doing the workout correctly.
Read the next movement setup and get into position before its work interval begins.
The eight can be the whole practice. Any additional path is optional.
Support belongs here
Supported, Standard, and Stronger are product choices. None of them can automatically determine suitability, and none is a verdict on how serious your practice is.

Core Eight is a complete eight-movement core practice. The wider product can include optional strength and mobility paths, but they are not required to make the eight complete.
Supported is one intentional way to meet a movement, not a permanent level or a label for a type of person. Core Eight does not determine which version is appropriate for an individual.
You choose 40 seconds, 60 seconds, or two minutes per movement and one, two, or three sets. Core Eight shows the resulting workout length before you press Start.
